Situated ideally for our needs.

Problems with cleaning staff led to both rooms booked not getting cleaned on Sunday.

The food at the restaurant was good, and breakfast included pasta and meat options. the location here was absolutely amazing. 🌟

The automatic reception is a very bad invention; there was not any sign where and how we can have assistance, when our room card =the key to open the room didn't work. We stay 3 hours out ,at night without any way to get in to our room and no answer even from the telphone no. On our reservation. It was a nightmare!!!!!!!!

Dirty - we got a room with hair ,... on our bad and pillows. Nobudy at reception at night while rooms can't be open with the magnatic cards.

Parking must be under surveillance (cameras!). New Police station on the other side of the street is not enough. A thief unnoticed broke side window of my Land Rover. Staff speak French only. My attempt to comunicate in English, Spanish, Italian and German was without success.

Conveniently located inside Montserrat monastic complex, clean rooms and linens, private bathroom, heating in winter, helpful staff, good value.

I greatly enjoyed this great place, stayed there for 1 night. The hotel was in a central setting to the catedral. Moreover, it was really close to old town, the city centre and Cathedral. Had a comfortable stay here.

campanile was a pleasant surprise! the room was comfortable, with great storage and a lovely wet room. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the center square and plenty of dining options nearby. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our valentine's day stay memorable.
